If the debt still remains unpaid we will send you a letter asking if you wish to issue court proceedings. This letter will outline the court fees and our costs, which, of course, will be payable by the debtor.

If the debtor does not pay up, there are standard procedures called entry of judgement and/or enforcement, which can be entered against the debtor.
